Brazil has had the most cases of the mosquito born dengue virus in the world this year. Experts cite climate change and increased urbanisation for the surge in cases which are now occurring in areas that have never seen dengue before.

Rachel Townsend travelled to Rio de Janeiro to learn about the impact the virus is having on families, communities and health services as the country gets ready for the summer and another rainy season.
